At Yun Nan TCM@Bedok, we are committed to creating a serene and seamless experience for every guest. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines so you can fully enjoy your visit.

Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to enjoy our complimentary Foot Spa Ritual and Soothing Neck Heat Therapy. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment shortened or rescheduled to ensure a smooth flow for all.

For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuables at home. We are unable to accept responsibility for any loss of money or personal items within our premises.

Please keep noise to a minimum.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our premises.

Pets are not permitted, as our furnishings are not pet-proof and we welcome guests from all cultures and faiths.
Kindly use our facilities responsibly. If accidental soiling occurs beyond your ability to clean, please notify our staff immediately so we can assist.

All reasonable refund requests will be reviewed promptly by management.
If you feel uncomfortable with a therapist or treatment, please request a change or cancellation within the first 10 minutes. Beyond this, full charges will apply.
As we maintain a transparent account of the credits purchased via our packages, we will honour and refund the full amount of remaining credits if requested. The turn around time of refund shall be within 3 days upon request.

Your safety is our priority. Please inform our staff if you have any medical conditions such as heart or respiratory issues, recent surgery, allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or musculoskeletal concerns. We strongly advise consulting a medical professional before beginning treatment.

Handwritten receipts are available upon request. Please note, we cannot guarantee approval of claims made using these receipts.

We collaborate with reputable TCM doctors and can arrange consultations for you. Written memos are available to support insurance or employee benefit claims.
